Completely unprofessional, management is a joke. We had a problem and instead of helping us Adam belittled and unprofessionally used fowl language to verbally attack us. Then proceeded to my mother's home and verbally attacked her and fired my brother because i pissed him off by asking for help? Then tells her if she doesn't like it she can leave. Seriously?? Definitely NOT a place you want to call home. Major changes need made!!!!! Love how they claim to have a park and beach access? Talk about false advertising... I for one will never ever live there. Absolutely atrocious behavior from so called professionals, not to mention all the drug addicts that still live their and od on a weekly basis. So yeah if you want to live in a place where drugs are dealt and management don't do anything to help or even wanna do their jobs for that matter than sure home sweet home.
The new management is a complete joke. They are trying to push this park to be something that it is not. They are more worried about an extra person living in a trailer where all bills are paid on time than they the fact that you still have drugs being dealt and used all over the park. There's an overdose at least once every other week if not more.
It's pretty cool place for families that want to live close to the lake but can't afford one of those awesome houses on t. 6 Used to be allot of drugs and dumbasses, but most of them are gone now. The new management is great even though some of the residence aren't cool with the changes. It's all for the best and out of respect. Enjoy it!
Honestly not a bad place to live at all! Good sized yard, kept up community but not too overbearing, great new management , and perfect location.
